Payment Information

Payment is required at the time of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards.

If you are booking with a referral from NDIS, WorkSafe, or TAC, you will not be charged any out-of-pocket fee. The cost is fully covered.

Assessments & Reports

Cost varies.

Please get in touch for a quote for your assessment or report needs.

Assesments:
The final fee is inclusive of assessment time, test administration cost, assessment interpretation and report completion, a feedback session and a detailed written report.

A deposit is required to secure your assessment appointment slots, and full payment is required 1 month before assessment date.

Medicare Rebates

If you see your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician and obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) & referral, you can then receive Medicare rebates of up to 10 sessions (per calendar year).

You must see your GP and obtain a MHTP before your first session with us, to be eligible for Medicare rebates.

We will process your medicare rebate for you and you will receive it via bank transfer from Medicare within 48 hours of your appointment.

Private Health Insurance

Contact your health care provider to dicuss how much you are covered for psychological therapies.

Please note: private health can not be used inconjuction with MHTP.

NDIS (plan-managed & self-mangaged)

Please check if your NDIS plan covers psychological therapy.

NDIS (plan-managed) - We can bill your plan manager.

NDIS (self-managed) - Clients are required to pay the full session fee (60 minutes) on the day and seek reinbursement from their NDIS funding.

TAC & WorkCover

Contact your case manager to determine if you are eligible.

Cancellation Policy

Therapy Sessions

12 to 24 hours notice - $50 fee applies.

Less than 12 hours notice - 100% of the fee applies.

Please note: Medicare, TAC and WorkCover do not offer rebates for cancelled sessions, you will be responsible for the full cost of a late cancellation.

Assessments

Cancellations with more than 10 days prior to the assessment date, the 20% deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 10 days prior, the client will be responsible for 50% of the total.

Cancellations within 5 days prior, the client will be responsible for 100% of the total assessment fee.
