Telehealth
At Key to Life Psychology, we are committed to making mental health care more accessible by offering telehealth sessions, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own space, free from barriers.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth in psychology is referred to therapy that is conducted Zoom, Skype or similar technology, in the comfort of your own space whether that is at home, in your office, or perhaps from your car.
Telehealth sessions can help overcome common barriers to accessing therapy, such as distance, time constraints, availability, or illness, making it easier to connect with your psychologist.
Who is Telehealth for?
Telehealth can be suitable for anyone, but it is specifically helpful for those who:
- lead a busy life
- unwell or sick
- unable to travel to our clinics
- unable to find a suitable psychologist near them
- parents of young children
How does Telehealth work?
Telehealth sessions are 50-60 minute private, confidential sessions with a psychologist, conducted via our Halaxy platform. If you book for a Telehealth session, you will receive a email prior to your session with instructions.
