Meet Rosa, Rosa is a Clinical Psychologist joining Key to Life Psychology with extensive experience supporting school‑aged children, adolescents, and adults across school, community, private practice, and EAP settings. She is known for her warm, grounded presence and her ability to build strong, authentic therapeutic relationships, particularly with young people and individuals navigating complex or emotionally demanding experiences.
Rosa’s work is guided by trauma‑informed practice, evidence‑based interventions, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. She is culturally competent and a fluent Spanish speaker, committed to providing inclusive, person‑centred care that honours the diverse backgrounds and lived experiences of her clients. Rosa offers a calm, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore challenges at their own pace. Her clinical strengths include child and adolescent mental health, school refusal, crisis response, and comprehensive psychological assessment and report writing.
Outside of her clinical work, Rosa enjoys spending time with family, walking her dog Rico, exploring new recipes, growing succulents, and being in nature. She values connection, creativity, and lifelong learning — qualities that also shape her therapeutic approach. Rosa is delighted to bring her experience and compassionate style to the Key to Life Psychology team.
